The company carries out basic salary distribution according to the post and sets up different salary system in accordance with the job nature, and the specific conditions are as follows: for the executives, except for the annual salary, they have another benefit bonuses for topping quotas, incentive equity, annual bonus and presidents special award; for the managers, they have post wage adding performance bonus; for the sales personnel, basic salary adding commission; and for the production personnel, hourly wages adding performance bonus/piece wage. On the basis, the company implements the negotiable salary system for the special talents, determines the salary in accordance with the market wage level and opens the salary channel for introducing special talents.
