Job requirements:
1、According to the contract or agreement signed by the travel agency and tourists, arrange and organize the tourists to visit in accordance with the reception plan:
2、Be responsible for guiding tourists and introducing the culture, history and features of the scenic spots:
3、Cooperate with concerned departments , supervise and urge them to arrange tourists’ transportation, accommodation etc, to protect the safety and belongings of the tourists:
4、Be patient to answer tourists' inquiries and assist in dealing with problems from tourists during the trip:
5、Collect the tourists ' opinions and requests, and arrange meetings and discussion activities for tourists.
Job qualifications:
1、No gender preference, be familiar with the working procedure of the tour guide and love the job;
2、Have strong organizing ability, crisis-handling capacity and service awareness;
3、Bear hardships and stand hard work;have a strong sense of responsibility and work prudentially and systematically;
4、Tourist certificate holder is preferred.
