Job requirements: Budget and final accounts personnel
Job responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for the bidding and tendering, contract and the dynamic cost management work of projects;
2、Be responsible for the negotiation, supervision, implementation and management work;
3、Participate in the formulation of company’s operating plans, draw up and implement the project investment estimation, cost control goals , bidding and tendering plans;
4、Participate in project designs, plan changes, the accreditation of all design plans and the completion acceptance of the project;
5、Review the payout status of progress payment and payment for changed engineering material supplies, ensure the economical and rational implementation of agreements in accordance with the contract.
Job requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in relevant project management majors, with registered cost engineer title is preferred;
2、More than 1 year working experience in the budget and final accounts and working experience in real estate company;
3、Be familiar with and handle the relevant professional knowledge of engineering budget and final accounts and laws and regulations knowledge, be able to skillfully use a variety of budget and final accounts software, engineering budgeting software, CAD cartographic software and office software;
4、Be familiar with the composition, cost control, cost analysis and market research of cost estimate of real estate project;
5、Have a certain management experience of site construction, be familiar with the construction management process, have a certain related professional knowledge about architectonics;
6、Have presided over the whole process of cost management work of large-scale real estate project and be familiar with the relevant laws, regulations and standards of the country and industry. Have strong ability of management, analysis ,communication and coordination .
